Weekly Programs

Time: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Ages: 6-13

  • $125 per child per week for weeks 2 & 3
  • $140 per child per week for weeks 1 & 4
*Extended care available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for additional cost ($15 for morning or afternoon or $30 for both).
*Space limited to 30 campers per week on a first come, first serve basis

All cheques are to be made out to "Eagle Wing Ranch". Additional Forms can be printed off the webpage. A receipt will be emailed to you for all payments received. Space Limited. If your child has any individual needs, please fill out the Individual Needs Form.

Additional Costs

Extended Care

$15 morning per child per week (8:00am - 9:00am). $15 afternoon per child per week (4:00pm - 5:00pm). $30 morning and afternoon per child per week (8:00am - 5:15pm).  

Children in extended care must be picked up by 5:15 pm or a penalty of $5.00 per child will be charged for each 15-minute interval of extra supervision.

Payment Procedure & Policies

Post Dated Cheques

Posted dates cheques MUST be dated NO LATER THAN SEVEN DAYS prior to first day of program or week child is registered in.

Bring cash to one of the registration days. 

NFS Cheques

A charge of $25.00 will apply to all NSF cheques. In the case of an NSF cheque a cash payment must be made (including the $25.00 charge) in order to secure the camper registration.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to the week your child is registered. No refund will be granted without a receipt and a $15.00 administration fee will be charged per child.

Financial Assistance

Eagle Wing Adventure Camp is committed to providing a chance for all kids to attend camp this summer. Corporate sponsors have generously offered to provide financial assistance for the opportunity for children in families under financial stress to still participate in camp. If you are interested in having your child(ren) attend Eagle Wing Adventure Camp this summer but unable to pay the full registration fee we may be able to help. Please contact us to arrange to complete a Financial Assistance Request Form. All inquiries are confidential.
